Today is National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day! All these random, but totally fun, holidays are the perfect excuse to grab a drink or make something that you normally wouldn’t. Peanut butter and jelly is the most popular sandwich of kids and many adults. When I was younger I was not a traditional PB&J sandwich eater, but my sister and brother were. However I still love fixing one every now and then.
